SHIPPING

At this time we only offer shipping within the continental USA. All shipping at this time is a $10 flat rate and should be received within 1 – 3 business days.

 

RETURNS

We understand that online shopping can be tricky when it comes to sizing. Items returned must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with original tags attached. Once you receive your purchase, you have 7 days to return the item for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. After 7 days the item is considered final sale and can no longer be returned. Any items returned after the 7 day period will be shipped back to the address listed on the original order. We will issue a full refund once we receive your items and inspect condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email hello@grindandglaze.com to receive further instructions.

 

EXCHANGES 

Our exchanges are not currently automated. If you would like to exchange something for a different size, please return your original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email hello@grindandglaze.com to receive further instructions.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Our items are produced small batch in Cincinnati, Ohio and are closely inspected by Sew Valley and Tessa. However, if you happen to receive an item with a defect please immediately contact us at hello@grindandglaze.com, email us a brief description and a photo or two showing the defect/fault. 

Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of misuse are not considered to be faulty.
